Asylum

If you can’t return to your home country due to political persecution or other humanitarian reasons I consult and represent you in the proceedings at the Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge (BAMF) as well as in the trial at the administrative court (Verwaltungsgericht). In the proceedings at the BAMF I prepare my clients thoroughly for their interview. If agreed upon I also accompany you to the interview in person. If the BAMF rejects your asylum claim I submit your reasons and represent you in court. In this case we work out all the relevant details in order to avoid disadvantageous misunderstandings and alleged contradictions. In court I use all procedural remedies to enforce your rights.

 

Immigration

Besides I consult and represent clients in all other areas concerning your stay in Germany, including applications for visa and residency permits for university-studies, language courses, work and family reunifications.
